Under the lights and sounds of LAS VEGAS, DynamicsCon 2026 delivered the goods once again, bringing together the very best of the Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics GP, and Power Platform ecosystem under one roof.

Known as the ultimate learning and networking event, this year’s jammed-packed agenda featured 300+ sessions led by more than 250 expert speakers, from Microsoft MVPs to seasoned pros and rising voices. Beyond the sessions, it gave our very own ‘NMB Blinders’ team the opportunity to connect and network with 125+ sponsors and swap key insights over under-the-table whiskey shots. With packed schedules and a buzzing expo floor, DynamicsCon 2026 proved exactly why it’s the place “where community thrives and ideas ignite”—with a side of Birmingham grit.

Wednesday’s opening keynote, delivered by former NASA propulsion systems manager Maureen Zappala, set the tone for a renewed focus on mindset and leadership, while conquering the imposter syndrome, emphasizing the need to empower users in tech roles. Maureen’s message was clear: the future of Dynamics is AI-driven, but its success is still defined by people, processes, and responsible implementation strategies. Overcoming imposter syndrome is part of the journey as individuals across roles adapt to new expectations and expanding capabilities. Success comes to organizations that actively empower their people, giving them the confidence and support to grow alongside the technology.

What does this mean for shippers? Easy. It means AI is no longer something that’s layered-on after go-live. It’s something that’s embedded into D365 Supply Chain Management’s core. Copilot, agents, and automation are now the baseline. For shippers, this means every solution should be designed with vision and intelligence in mind—rethinking entire workflows, from order entry to last-mile delivery.
